Alright, everyone. The NBA Playoffs are less than 3 weeks away! It’s time to stop whatever you’re doing and pay attention to basketball. If you’re new to basketball and in the market for a fave team, we humbly recommend the Phoenix Suns.

The Suns were the underdogs and fan favorites of the Bubble in 2020, winning all eight of their games! The entire world took note of the new Suns coach Monty Williams and his fun team!

Fun fact: the Suns haven’t been to a Playoffs in 11 years. Last time the Suns were in the playoffs, gas was $1.00 per gallon, the most popular movie was Gone With the Wind, and Richard Nixon was the 37th president! Were you even born yet? Probably not. Your mom was eating Necco wafers while watching basketball on a black and white tv, and whenever the commercials came on, she had to walk over to the television set to change the channel. Dang, that was awhile ago.

Fast forward! Two seasons ago, the Phoenix Suns only won 19 games in the entire season. And now they’re in first place in the Western Conference with 46 wins. That’s more than they won in 2017 and 2018 combined! What a turnaround!
