The NFL shared yesterday that Big Football will no longer use a lower standard when evaluating the cognitive abilities of black players. Better late than never, we guess!

Big Football is taking other measures to become less messed up, removing all the Human Resources materials for new hires printed before World War II. Always a good idea to refresh your HR training at least once a century! (Best practice–probably a little more often!)
