Robert “Rob” “Gronk” “The Gronk” “The Gronkiest Gronk that ever Gronked” Gronkowski has announced his second retirement. We guess that’s the trend these days, one retirement just isn’t enough!

Mr. Gronk received some well wishes on social media, but it appears that after what is now known as “the Tom Brady Incident”, friends of NFL players are allowing some time to pass before sending retirement gifts.

Advice columnists all agree: you can send a retirement gift within one year (exactly 365 days… so be careful if it’s a leap year) after the retiree’s last pay check is date stamped by the post office without committing a huuuuuuge faux pas.
