The programmers of the newest installment of the hit NFL Madden video games never thought they’d be able to meet the namesake of the famous video game in person–especially after he passed away last December.

But now the computer experts have the chance of a lifetime!

It turns out Madden 23 has been so widely panned, the legendary late John Madden himself has decided to haunt the programmers in the hopes of either terrifying or inspiring them to make Madden 24 better.
