Remember 30 years ago when NBA legend Michael Jordan retired from Basketball and instead of playing golf like every other pro-sports retiree, he decided to play Baseball?

Yeah, that went well.

And now former NFL runnings back Adrian Peterson and Le’Veon Bell are giving boxing a whirl.

Both Mr. Peterson and Mr. Bell, known for their stints on the Minnesota Vikings and Pittsburgh Steelers respectively, bounced around various NFL teams last season and are currently interested in exploring other sports.

Adrian Peterson Jr. could not be reached for comment on his dad’s boxing debut.
