The Cleveland Browns have signed their second new QB this year: former-Cardinal, -Dolphin, and -Falcon Josh Rosen.

“The Browns organization has put a ton of thought into this,” shared one source close to the Browns. “We had a lot of great QB ideas and are excited to move forward with Josh.”
