NFL Human Resources staff have been scouring the internet in the hopes of getting a sneak peek at the “bargain bin” NFL coaches who will be looking for work starting Monday.

“It’s a tough job,” said an anonymous HR analyst. ”You have to have attention to detail. You have to look at paparazzi pics and try to figure out if the current coaches look sadder or more worried than they usually do. Changes in behavior, like having comfort food delivered to their house midnight, that kind of thing.”

“It’s different for everybody,” said another human resource. ”Some coaches might be bummed and start wearing cut-up sweatshirts all the time or something. But take Bill Belichick! That’s just every day for him. So we’d look at, is he wearing nice suits or a sweater vest? Maybe getting a little spruced up for a job interview? You have to get in the mind of an NFL coach.”
