New NFL Job Posting Coming Soon

If you’re looking to get in the door of the NFL, keep your eyes on the job board!

Carolina Panthers owner David Tepper announced today that he had fired head coach Frank Reich after the team’s 10th loss of the season–so you can bet that NFL Human Resources people are already putting the job posting together.

Whoa, head couch? Finally a job we can do!

“Hey, I’ve been managing a fantasy football team for 11 years,” said a hopeful applicant. “That’s a long time! I mean, it’s a redraft league, so we get new players every year. But some years, the NFL is like that, too, and players move around, right?”

“I’ve heard that when the hiring managers are writing job descriptions, they don’t actually expect to get a candidate who can do everything,” said another job hunter. “Companies want someone who is curious and teachable. And that’s me! I’ve never played football or anything, but it sounds interesting, so I think I’ll apply.”

Good luck to the Panthers staff and everyone in the job search!
