NFL Looking to Re-hire JJ Watt

An anonymous NFL insider has revealed that the NFL is hoping to bring back retired defensive end JJ Watt!

“We’ve seen so much star power from players who are JJ’s age and older,” commented an NFL human resources analyst. “And JJ has so many fans out there, especially children. We would love to see him play again, it would light up so many children’s faces.”

“Don’t do it, JJ,” said the anonymous NFL insider. “Big Football heard what you said about the NFL fining players. And they’re trying to fine you too! But they can’t do it unless you’re on a team.”

Mr. Watt spoke out recently about NFL-issued fines for regular-seeming football plays.

“Look, like most of us, [NFL Commissioner] Roger [Goodell] has a container tucked away in his house for a rainy-day fund,” the NFL insider disclosed. “That’s where all the NFL fines go. Then when it rains, he can fly somewhere sunny.”

Roger Goodell’s rainy-day fund!

“Mr. Goodell thought his funds were running a little low, so now he’s got people pouring through footage looking for any possible fines.”

“We hope to see you on the field again, JJ Watt,” said NFL HR. “Or on the coaching staff somewhere! The NFL would love to have you back! 🙂 “
