We’ve all seen sports movies that are based on true stories like Rudy, Cool Runnings, Air Bud, Air Bud II, and Air Bud XII: NASCAR Pup.

After watching these true to life films, many people wonder, could a movie like Space Jam or Space Jam II: LeBron happen in real life, too?

The answer is a solid maybe!

“If aliens exist, they probably wouldn’t be very good at basketball,” said a scientist and sports fan. “Human beings learn how to play basketball at a young age, and even the folks who don’t play probably watch it on TV sometimes. Aliens don’t even know what a basketball is, unless they get ESPN on their flying saucers.”

“Of course aliens aren’t good at basketball,” said an astronomer. “They’ve never played it before, so they would have to steal the powers of real basketball players.”

“They don’t have baskball in sapce, dummy,” said an intoxicated rocket scientist. “Unless they get TNT on their flyering sauce, and they watch teh basketblal game and dont’ just turn the tv off when it’s isn’t a TNT original movie.”
