NBA Commissioner Adam Silver–the Roger Goodell of basketball–revealed today that the big wigs at Big Basketball have made a decision on disciplinary action for Memphis Grizzlies Ja Morant’s second round of gun antics.
“But we’re not going to share the ruling until after the finals,” gloated Adam Silver to room full of journalists who were writing articles about the NBA Finals.
“We uncovered a ton of juicy new evidence,” he continued. “But we don’t want to take attention away from the exciting match-up between the Nuggets and Heat. Those teams worked so hard this year, and I wouldn’t want gun shenanigans to overshadow finals basketball. So everyone will just have to wait because no one is spilling the tea until after the finals.”
The press exchanged awkward glances as Mr. Silver chanted, “I know something you don’t know! I know something you don’t know! I know something you don’t know!”

“You can ask me all you like! But I’m not telling.”
“Okay, okay. If you guess the decision, I can tell you if you’re hot or cold. Who wants to guess? Anybody?”
